Steve has practiced law in Washington State since 1979. He has been a prosecutor, and a criminal defense attorney. He represents clients in family law, construction disputes, landlord-tenant law, boundary disputes, wills and probates, guardianships, personal injury and general civil litigation. He is a certified mediator, a District, Municipal and Tribal Court Judge Pro Tem, Superior Court Arbitrator, and Mediator and Guardian ad litem. He has begun practicing collaborative law. In addition to his law practice, Steve is an active member of the community, and has been involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way, Cub Scouts, Kitsap Dispute Resolution Center and the Juvenile Court Citizen Advisory Board.
